Harry Standjofski is a theatre professional based in Montreal, working in both English and French since 1982.
Recent theatre acting credits: Premiere Neige/First Snow at the Edinburgh Festival 2018 and Théatre Quat’sous, Montreal 2019; Clybourne Park at the Centaur; The Dumb Waiter at NTS; Les Chronicles de St Leonard at Théatre Jean Duceppe.
Recent film & television: Levy Weiss on Faits Divers (SRC); Kaplan on L’Imposteur (TVA) and Sam Pollack on Béliveau (Historia); Foreman on Robert Zemekis’ The Walk.
Recent directing credits: L’homme invisible/the invisible man at La Licorne; David Harrower’s Blackbird Espace 4001 and Jean-Marc Dalpé’s August: an afternoon in the country for the Centaur.
For twelve seasons he curated, directed, written & performed as well as created & performed the music for the story-telling show The Urban Tales, coproduced by Urbi et Orbi and the Centaur theatre.
He has been teaching theatre part-time at Concordia University since 1985.
